Herb & Sea Launches Highly Anticipated Brunch

Herb and Sea, the bustling new Encinitas hotspot from Chef Brian Malarkey and business partner Christopher Puffer, is pleased to announce the launch of its highly anticipated brunch offerings.

Focused on Herb & Sea’s signature East Coast meets West Coast cuisine, the menu features seafood-forward starters and mains, as well Hawaiian-inspired dishes, dubbed an “Ode to Kealani’s,” as an homage to the beloved Encinitas restaurant that was previously housed in the space where Herb & Sea is located.

Herb And Sea Launches Highly Anticipated Brunch

Highlights include

Crab Louie Avocado Toast with tomatoes, soft egg, scallion, french dressing, and herbs

Hawaiian Croque Madame with tavern ham, gruyere, caramelized pineapple, bechamel, and an over easy egg

Salmon Lox Pizza with everything spice, crème fraîche, red onion, capers, sieved egg, and trout roe

Coconut French Toast with banana, macadamia nuts, and toasted coconut\

Herb & Sea’s brunch, which launched on Jan. 25th, will be offered on both Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
