House Of Blues Offers 3-Course, Southern-Style Menu For San Diego Restaurant Week

We know you’ve been there for a show, but when was the last time you sat down to some good Southern-inspired food at House of Blues?

Well now is the time to do it!

HOB is currently celebrating the introduction of several new dishes, including the all-new BBQ Nachos and The Yardbird chicken sandwich, and will be offering a 3-course prix fixe menu for $30 during San Diego Restaurant Week – taking place from January 20 – 27 – to showcase their menu.

The complete 3-course menu will offer a selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts to choose from.

Let’s Start With Dessert!

I mean…you should always start with dessert, right?! You definitely should at House of Blues…their desserts are to die for!

Our favorites are the Bread Pudding and the Skillet Cookie…but don’t pass on that Key Lime Pie!

Appetizer Choices

The Voodoo Shrimp, sautéed in an Abita Amber beer reduction sauce and served over jalapeño-cheese cornbread, is a very popular dish and can be found on the Restaurant Week menu.

You’ll also be able to choose between their signature Gumbo, Wings, and the new BBQ Brisket Nachos – slow-smoked BBQ brisket, house-cut tortilla chips, aged cheddar, avocado, roasted corn salsa, red onion, cotija cheese.

Entree Choices

The Yardbird is the new addition to the menu and will be featured during Restaurant Week. It’s a bourbon-butter-brushed fried chicken breast, with slaw, buffalo aioli, and dill pickles.

Bourbon butter? We’re in!

You’ll also find their signature dishes of Jambalaya, Blackened Salmon, Steak Salad, and their Foothills Flatbread, made with roasted mushrooms, sweet corn, caramelized onion, cilantro pesto and feta.
