Juice Holler Brings a Community-Driven Wellness Café to Encinitas

There’s a fresh new addition to Coast Highway 101, and it’s already becoming a go-to stop for North County locals. Juice Holler has officially opened its doors in Encinitas, serving up nutrient-dense drinks, wholesome bites, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to nourish both body and community.

Rooted in intention and inspired by connection, this vibrant café blends coastal California wellness with heartfelt Appalachian charm.

A Menu Designed to Fuel and Refresh

At Juice Holler, everything is thoughtfully crafted with quality and transparency in mind. The menu is organic, all-natural, and free from refined sugars and seed oils, offering feel-good options that support a balanced lifestyle.

Standout offerings include:

  • Ashwagandha + Creatine Power Latte
  • Root Awakening – beet, carrot, blood orange, and ginger
  • A refreshing lineup of smoothies
  • Potent wellness shots
  • Cold-pressed juices
  • A “Grab & Glow” selection of nutrient-dense snacks
  • Fresh, fueling salads

Whether you’re heading to the beach, wrapping up a workout, or in need of a midday reset, there’s something here to keep you energized without sacrificing quality.

A True “Third Space” in Encinitas

More than just a juice bar, Juice Holler was designed as a place to gather. The approximately 1,300-square-foot café features communal seating, a street-side patio, and a custom mural by local artist Skye Walker, creating an inviting environment that encourages connection.

Plans for artisan pop-ups, wellness workshops, and collaborations with nearby small businesses will further cement its role as a neighborhood hub along the iconic 101.

A Local Vision Brought to Life

Founded by Encinitas resident Kelly Sergott, Juice Holler reflects more than two decades of connection to the community. The name pays homage to the “hollers” of her Kentucky upbringing – places defined by neighborly spirit and a shared sense of belonging.

Created to fill a gap she saw in the neighborhood, the café offers a space where modern wellness meets authenticity, intention, and a come-as-you-are vibe.
