LAVO San Diego Launches New Weekend Brunch

LAVO San Diego launched their new weekend brunch service, complete with a menu of sweet and savory offerings by the culinary team, bottomless mimosas and bloody marys, and a live DJ.

Previously only open for aperitivo and dinner service, the Gaslamp restaurant is adding to its hours by opening every Saturday and Sunday from 12PM to 4PM.

Lavo San Diego Weekend Brunch Menu Highlights

  • Lemon Ricotta Waffles with seasonal berry conserva and whipped cream ($21)
  • Milanese Omelet with egg whites, artichokes, tomato, mozzarella di bufala ($21)
  • Nutella Stuffed French Toast with caramelized bananas ($21)
  • Eggs Benedict alla Romana with poached eggs, prosciutto cotto, spinach, hollandaise, cherry pepper relish ($24)

Signature items still on the menu

In addition to brunch offerings, signature items will also be available including “The Meatball”––a one-pound Wagyu meatball served with marinara and fresh whipped ricotta, a variety of pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas, as well as a special pizza with scrambled eggs, onions, smoked salmon and goat cheese.

To complement the new brunch menu, the restaurant is serving bottomless mimosas for $30 and bottomless bloody marys for $35, as well as a special bellini and michelada.

A DJ will complete the brunch experience at the lively Gaslamp locale!
