Monzu Fresh Pasta New Menus & Vegetarian Dining This Summer

Monzu Fresh Pasta have released new seasonal menus, as well as a few new options for vegetarians and vegans dining out. All dishes mentioned below will run until end
of summer.

Monzu Fresh Pasta’s summer menu becomes available this week

Carb-loving guests can enjoy Linguine Alla Puttanesca with red sauce, Italian black olives and Italian capers and 4 Formaggi Gnocchi highlighting four cheeses alongside crispy pancetta and black pepper, while three new summery salads include Bufala Salad with mixed greens, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, sun-dried tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives, artichokes and EVOO – plus, Burrata Salad and TruffleBurrata with balsamic glaze.

New Vegan & Vegetarian Dishes

Monzu has added two vegan dishes to the mix: Vegan Bolognese Tagliatelle, which recreates the eatery’s top-selling classic Bolognese as a plant-based version using Beyond Meat, plus a vegan Linguine Alla Puttanesca in a tomato-based red sauce with Italian olives and capers.
