More Restaurants Added To One Paseo Retail Lineup

One Paseo has announced the addition of three new prominent eateries to its handpicked lineup of retailers.

These retailers are scheduled to open Spring 2019.

Shake Shack

A modern day “roadside” burger stand known for its 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers, chicken sandwiches and flat-top Vienna beef dogs (no hormones or antibiotics – ever), spun-fresh frozen custard, crinkle cut fries, craft beer and wine (available at select locations) and more – we predict that Shake Shack is going to be a huge hit! The Del Mar Heights area that One Paseo is developing is in desperate need of a good burger option, so Shake Shack is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Tender Greens

Another great addition – we are always at the Tender Greens in Liberty Station! Tender Greens is a group of chef-led seasonal kitchens serving fresh, responsibly-sourced, beautifully-prepared food. If you’re looking for fast, fresh and still very tasty, Tender Greens is a great choice!

Parakeet Café

A local spot for fresh, organic eats, Parakeet Cafe has made a great name for itself in La Jolla, and will certainly be a popular option in Del Mar. Parakeet Cafe is a staple for those craving unique, simple, and healthy options made from locally-sourced ingredients. And they serve breakfast – we are thrilled to see another great breakfast option in the area!

These three will join Michael Mina and Ayesha Curry’s acclaimed International Smoke, modern organic Mexican restaurant Tocaya Organica, Top Chef Dakota Weiss’ Cali-meets-Hawaii Sweetfin Poké and Huntington Beach’s Ways & Means Oyster House, which were announced in January 2018.

We are watching the construction with eager anticipation – we’re looking forward to having all of these in the neighborhood!
