Don’t Worry, Be Hoppy On National IPA Day And International Beer Day!

Arguably the two most important holidays of the year – National IPA Day and International Beer Day – are just around the corner, August 1st and 2nd!

That means it’s time to round up your crew and make a plan to enjoy a two-day “beer bender” of local IPA’s and a variety of international beers while discovering San Diego’s watering holes.

Whether you like them hoppy, hazy or heavy, here are some local spots places offering the best deals and selections on brews for these upcoming holidays.

Bier Garden

No need to crack open a cold one when you can take a ride up to The Bier Garden of Encinitas and let them take care of everything. Select one of their local craft beers on tap and take in the salty, North County air!

This popular restaurant is located on the main street in Encinitas and is known for its SoCal vibe and epic brews.  For National IPA Day they will be celebrating by offering $5 select beers, all day long. And if you decide that one day just isn’t enough to celebrate, come back on August 2nd to celebrate International ‘Bier’ Day.

In celebration of National IPA Day and International Beer Day, they are offering $6 select cold ones to sip on while you take in the first days of August.

There’s nothing quite like an ice cold brewskie paired with chicken wings, so they are also offering 75 cent chicken wings all day.  Stop in for dinner to taste their menu consisting of seasonal West Coast comfort food offerings like their Fresh Ahi Tuna Poke, Drafthouse Burger, or Bacon Cheddar Mac ‘N Cheese.
