From fresh seafood sourced at the Fishermen’s Market to locally-grown produce, participating chefs bring sustainability and artistry to every plate. Look for the “O’side Season of Swellness” logo on menus at featured restaurants like Michelin-starred Valle, Dija Mara, The Plot, 24 Suns, and more.

Must-Try Highlights From Local Favorites

Among the standout dishes is 24 Suns’ Transformative Currents-inspired creation, served in an abalone shell with layers of rice noodles, black abalone, smoked vegetable mole, and sustainable bycatch sausage. allmine’s burrata salad celebrates local agriculture with organic greens, winter vegetables, and a botanical herb dressing.

At Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub, Chef Davin Waite’s “Living” Fisherman’s Special champions sustainability with fresh catches from the Oceanside Fishermen’s Market.

Fun Incentives for Foodies

The Swell Plates Series adds fun to dining with the Swell Plates Passport. If you sample three or more dishes you can enter to win an Oceanside getaway, while sharing photos of your plates on Instagram and tagging VisitOceanside could earn you gift cards to participating restaurants.
