Paradisaea’s New Bar Menu Takes Flight

Nestled in Bird Rock’s iconic “Piano Building,” Paradisaea has been turning heads and tantalizing taste buds for nearly two years. The Michelin Guide darling has quickly become the neighborhood’s crown jewel, and now they’re spreading their wings even further with a new bar menu.

The newly launched offerings have us aflutter with crispy Fish & Chips, Goat Cheese Croquettes that are basically little balls of heaven, and a Paradisaea Burger that might just ruin all other burgers for you. Oh, and the Duck Liver Mousse? It’s so good, it should probably be illegal.

Soaring Sips and Savory Bites

Paradisaea’s mixologists have been busy crafting a brand-new cocktail menu that’s as much a work of art as it is a drinks list.

They’ve teamed up with Sacramento-based artist Lily Therns to create an illustrated “field guide” to the bird species that inspired the restaurant’s name. It’s like birdwatching, but with booze—and you’ll want to try every single one.

Of course, Paradisaea hasn’t forgotten what made them a local favorite in the first place. They’re still dishing out those cult classics that keep us coming back for more.

That Brussels sprouts hummus toast? Still life-changing. The hiramasa crudo? It’ll whisk you away to flavor paradise. And don’t even think about skipping their spicy Caesar salad, loaded with enough fresh Parmesan to make your trainer nervous—but so worth it.

A Field Guide to Culinary Flight

What really sets Paradisaea apart is their commitment to showcasing the best ingredients our region has to offer. Every dish is a love letter to local produce, presented with the kind of impeccable technique that makes you wonder if the chefs have some sort of culinary superpowers.

And let’s not forget about their innovative beverage program. Whether you’re in the mood for a stiff drink or keeping it alcohol-free, they’ve got you covered with cocktails that pack a punch in the flavor department.
