Park Commons Opens November 11th In Sorrento Valley

Whisknladle Hospitality, the restaurant group behind some of the city’s hottest dining concepts, is expanding into Sorrento Valley’s dynamic work campus, The Park, formerly known as the “San Diego Tech Center” with a technology-integrated cashless food hall and event space, Park Commons.

Conceived by award-winning Culinary Director/Partner Ryan Johnston and Managing Partner Arturo Kassel, Park Commons is the fourth concept under Whisknladle Hospitality and the second in the thriving tech neighborhood.

Sorrento Valley, otherwise known as “Silicon South,” is home to over 50 established technology businesses and startups including Qualcomm, Sony, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and boasts a daytime population of approximately 130,000 according to SANDAG’s daytime population report, making Park Commons a much-needed gathering hub for the community.

Opening Monday, November 11th, Park Commons will feature five unique food concepts and a full bar delivering chef-driven cuisine, craft cocktails and a wide selection of local craft beer within a fluid open floor plan and adjoining outdoor patio space spanning 10,000 square feet.
