Treat Yourself to Brunches, Sound Baths, and Pool Vibes at Pendry San Diego

Pendry San Diego is leaning into the summer season with a strong lineup of new offerings – a reimagined weekday brunch, a new poolside Golden Hour, immersive spa experiences, a cabana takeover series, and a run of Comic-Con activations for those making the most of San Diego’s biggest week. Here’s what’s on offer.

Enjoy Bestie Brunch at Provisional Kitchen

Available Monday through Friday, the Bestie Brunch at Provisional Kitchen is a two-course experience for $40 per person that includes a specialty coffee or mimosa.

First course options include a Straus Family Vanilla Greek Yogurt Parfait, California Caesar, or Seasonal Fruit Platter. Second course highlights include Avocado Toast with two poached eggs, a Spicy Chicken Wrap with crispy chicken and Calabrian chili aioli, and Pistachio French Toast with pistachio pastry cream and dark chocolate.

The optional Bacon Flight add-on – teriyaki, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Sriracha Honey – is exactly what it sounds like.

Unwind at Golden Hour by the Pool

Golden Hour at The Pool House runs Sunday through Thursday each week and invites hotel guests and locals alike to unwind poolside as the sun sets. The menu is worth lingering over:

  • Poke Cones – Big Eye Tuna, Sesame Cone, Chive – $15
  • Squash Blossom Elote – Cheese Stuffed Tempura Squash Blossom, Grilled Corn, Cotija Cheese, Tajin – $14
  • Okonomiyaki – Japanese Cabbage Pancake, Kewpie Mayo, Bonito Flake, Salmon Roe – $14
  • Sunset Tart – Meyer Lemon Curd, Pineapple Compote, Mandarin Segments, Coconut Crémeux, Toasted Coconut, Candied Lemon Peel – $10

Sip and Relax at the Spirited Summer Cabana Series

Every Saturday and Sunday this summer, a featured spirit partner takes over a dedicated poolside cabana at The Pool House with curated tastings and premium sips.

Dobel kicks off the series in June, followed by BERO in July and Beam Suntory Maker’s Mark in August. A solid reason to spend a weekend afternoon by the pool.

Book a Floating Sound Bath at Spa Pendry

Spa Pendry’s new Floating Sound Bath experience is $65 per person and led by Master Sound Healer and Ceremonialist Jazmine Amelia.

The 60-minute session combines a private sound bath with a warm-water float on the pool deck, designed to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance.

Reserve a spot in the pool for the full floating experience or opt for a deck chair to take in the sound bath from a stationary position. Blankets and towels are provided. Reservations required.

Step Outside for the Garden Cabana Massage

Spa Pendry’s signature Garden Cabana Massage is back for the season – an al fresco treatment space perched above the city streets, featuring calming aromatherapy and the soothing soundtrack of a nearby waterfall.

For a limited time, every booking includes a complimentary 15-minute Neck and Shoulder Massage add-on.

Celebrate Comic-Con at Pendry San Diego

For those descending on San Diego for Comic-Con, Pendry has a run of limited-time activations from July 23 through 26:

  • PopUp Bagels x Pendry – Fresh hot bagels with plain or scallion schmear served daily from 7 AM until sold out
  • BERO x Nason’s Beer Hall – A Spider-Man-themed Comic-Con celebration featuring BERO, the premium non-alcoholic beer from Tom Holland, alongside interactive pop culture moments and collectible mementos
  • Pendry x Donut Bar – Character-themed daily donuts from San Diego’s Donut Bar served on the Provisional Kitchen patio from 7 AM alongside sweet and savory offerings
