Fresh off their USAToday crown as the country’s best independent ice cream shop, An’s Gelato has dreamed up four spectacular flavors that channel pure Puesto vibes into frozen perfection.

Rebozo: Ever wonder what happiness tastes like? It’s fresh strawberry jam dancing through clouds of lemon verbena-infused gelato, swirled with tangy sour cream. This beauty takes Puesto’s candied pistachio dessert to dreamy new heights.
Sarape: Forget everything you know about mint chocolate chip. Fresh Mexican mint leaves bring their gentle, herbaceous magic, while ribbons of 70% dark chocolate weave through like silk. It’s cool, sophisticated, and absolutely divine.
Morral: This flan-inspired masterpiece starts with a 10-hour dulce de leche lovefest, then gets cozy with egg yolks, vanilla, and butter. Puesto’s Chocoflan never looked so cool.
Huipil: Taking its cues from Puesto’s Passionfruit & Mango Ceviche, this tropical stunner pairs fresh mango gelato with zingy passion fruit jam. Pop a sprinkle of Tajín on top or drizzle with spicy olive oil for extra oomph.
