Puesto Celebrates National Taco Day With The Alambre Taco

Celebrate National Taco Day at Puesto’s October Taco of the Month this Sunday, Oct. 4th. Each of Puesto’s San Diego outposts, located in La Jolla, Mission Valley, and Seaport Village respectively, will be celebrating National Taco Day with the Alambre Taco.

The taco, which is a traditional late-night bite in Mexico City, combines skirt steak, bacon, poblano rajas, Puesto’s signature crispy cheese frico, avocado, avocado salsa, shishito pepper, and sliced onion marinated in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper.

The taco pairs well with Puesto’s Quarantender’s Choice cocktail (Don Julio Blanco, Serrano Peppers, Pineapple, Yuzu, Lime,) as well as Leyenda Durango or Puesto’s new Puesto Negra brew.
