RakiRaki Ramen & Tsukemen celebrates 10 years of providing San Diegans the Japanese staple experience

Since opening his first location 10 years ago in Convoy, Junya Watanabe has found incredible success through his original concept, RakiRaki Ramen & Tsukemen. He’s effectively changed the way San Diegan’s experience the Japanese staple, receiving local and national recognition for his creamy bowls of ramen. Since then, Watanabe introduced The Yasai, a Japanese-vegan concept, and his latest venture, Junya Crispy Karaage Chicken (JCK Chicken).
