A Space That Redefines Design

Set in the historic Adelaide’s flower shop, Roseacre features an impressive 5,000-square-foot layout that combines elegance and functionality:

  • 80-seat dining room
  • 36-seat outdoor streetery
  • 14-seat bar
  • A chic alley bar, inspired by the vintage Orient Express, offering signature cocktails, live music, and DJs spinning vinyl from across the globe.
  • A second-floor omakase experience in partnership with Sushi by Scratch Restaurants, seating 10 guests for an intimate culinary journey.

Future plans include a rooftop Garden Bar, offering breathtaking views of La Jolla and providing a stylish venue for private events.

Additionally, Holsem Coffee will bring its craft expertise to a street-facing café, paired with a vibrant streetery to enjoy your morning brew in style.

Visionaries Behind the Concept

Legendary design visionaries, Paul Basile of Basile Studio and Jules Wilson of Jules Wilson Design Studio, are the creative masterminds behind Roseacre.

With over 75 restaurant designs under his belt, Basile’s work includes San Diego landmarks like Born and Raised and Raised by Wolves. Wilson brings a reputation for crafting innovative, functional spaces with timeless appeal.

Together, they aim to position Roseacre as the ultimate gathering place for the local community, blending design ingenuity with heartfelt hospitality.
