Saint Archer Brewing Company Launches R&D Series
While it’s easy to focus on the negative implications of the pandemic on the craft beer industry, San Diego based Saint Archer Brewing Company was able to find a silver lining ―ample time to experiment with new brews. As a result, Saint Archer developed eight new beers, which they have started to debut at both their Miramar and Leucadia tasting rooms as part of a limited edition R&D series.
The series of R&D beers kicked off with the release of Saint Archer’s 7th anniversary beer back in June, and picked up again last week with a paired release of a special edition Black is Beautiful beer, and a Slow Pour Pilsner. Both beers are currently available in limited quantities of 16oz. 4-pack cans for pickup or delivery from Saint Archer’s tasting rooms, and will be available until supplies run out.
August 6th marks the release of the Rosé Sour, which will also be available in 16oz. 4-pack cans at both tasting rooms. Here’s a full list of the remaining releases in the R&D beer series, along with a tentative release schedule.
August 11th – Japanese Lager
August 27th – Citra Crisp (GABF Silver Medal winner, never released)
September 10th – Hazy Mango IPA
September 24th – Festbier
See you there….and stay healthy, San Diego!
