Saint Archer Pairs With Local Food Partners To Reopen Tasting Rooms
After over six months of closure, Saint Archer Brewing Company is excited to announce it has reopened both of its San Diego tasting rooms. Located in Miramar and Leucadia respectively, the tasting rooms have each partnered with local eateries and food vendors to offer food to accompany their beer.
Food Partners
Saint Archer’s Miramar location has partnered with Gravity Heights to offer bites such as Seared Albacore Tuna, Tikka Masala Chicken Pie, and Bacon Wrapped Dates, Thursday through Sunday, with a menu that rotates weekly. The Leucadia tasting room is sourcing food from Gringas Tacos seven days a week, offering menu items such as chicken, carne asada, and fish tacos, as well as nachos and a variety of sides.
The Miramar brewery and tasting room is open for to-go beer Monday through Wednesday from 3PM to 8PM and in-person sipping Thursday from 3PM to 8PM, Friday and Saturday from 12PM to 8PM and Sunday 12PM to 6PM.
The Leucadia tasting room is open for both in-person service and to-go beer Sunday through Saturday from 12PM to 8PM. In addition to the reopenings, Saint Archer continues to be open for curb-side pickup, as well as local delivery.
The Mango Gose
To complement the tasting room re-openings, Saint Archer has released their latest seasonal beer, the Mango Gose (4.0% ABV, 4 IBUs.) The easy to drink, refreshing tart ale is a session beer modeled after the tart beers of Northern Germany. Made with Mango Puree the tart front end is balanced by the tropical, exotic sweetness that only mango can provide. The perfect sip for enjoying the last of the warm weather outdoors, the Mango Gose is available now in cans and on draught at both tasting rooms.
See you there….and stay healthy, San Diego!
