Salvatore’s Cucina And Lounge Opens In The Heart Of San Diego

Salvatore’s Cucina and Lounge, brought to you by Danny and Marco McGuire, opened June 11th in the heart of San Diego.

Salvatore’s is not your typical Italian restaurant. They will be serving Italian food, but with a Baja/Southern California twist.

Both are expert chefs who have over 40 years of combined experience with European cuisine, but have also spent a lot of time in Baja California and influenced by the tastes they’ve experienced there, and wanted to incorporate that into their restaurant. They will only use the freshest ingredients from local vendors.

Come for the food…stay for the DJ and drinks!

Salvatore’s doesn’t intend to stop at serving great food – Danny and Marco’s goals is to create a nightlife experience as well. There will be an S T Lounge opening on the 18th of June, with hours of operation on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm-2am, with cocktails and DJs flowing!

Modern European + Southern California Vibe

The restaurant and lounge are designed to have a modern European feel with a Southern Californian vibe.

“We don’t want to compete with Little Italy, we know what Little Italy has to offer when it comes to Italian Food. When we thought of our concept for the new Salvatore’s, we wanted to make sure the menu was a reflection of who we are. We are just so excited for San Diego to experience all that we have planned.”

We are, too! See you there, San Diego!
