The Semola – Ambrogio15 Pasta Bar Is Coming To La Jolla

Semola – The Ambrogio 15 Pasta Bar is a concept that was opened as a fast casual pasta bar in the Little Italy Food Hall in 2019 by the guys behind Ambrogio15 (Giacomo Pizzigoni, Andrea Burrone & Luca Salvi).

Last month, the restaurant got offered to take over the PrepKitchen space in La Jolla. They decided to relocate and change the concept. Semola is now Semola – The Ambrogio15 Pasta Bar and is open as a full restaurant including, dine in (indoor & outdoor), takeout, delivery & catering options, along with bio-dynamic and natural wines.

Expect a unique restaurant with a modern contemporary menu featuring freshly homemade pasta dishes along with several other dishes inspired by the owners’ hometown of Milano.

With a target opening in early Spring 2021 at 7556 Fay Avenue, La Jolla, keep your calendars open. For more information, visit the website here.

See you there….and stay healthy, San Diego!
