South Of Nick’s Now Open In One Paseo

The highly anticipated culinary addition to One Paseo’s stellar culinary line-up, South of Nick’s, the sister concept to the popular Nick’s Del Mar, is now open at One Paseo.

Featuring a menu of Mexican favorites and cocktails, South of Nick’s has taken over the space that once held International Smoke.

South Of Nick’s dishes include:

The extensive menu includes guacamole, ceviche and shrimp taquitos to start, a large selection of Mexican soups and salads, and plenty of steak and seafood dishes, including:

  • Stacked Birria Enchiladas, made with slow braised beef, refried beans, corn tortillas, red sauce, jack cheese, avocado
  • Filet Mignon Ranchero a fajita style, roasted onions, tomatoes, poblano peppers, guacamole, refried beans, handmade tortillas, stuffed guero pepper
  • Scallops Divorciadas pan seared jumbo scallops, white rice, mole sauce, poblano cream sauce
  • Seafood Chile Relleno made with maine lobster, mexican shrimp, monterey jack cheese, white rice, refried beans, ranchera sauce

South of Nick’s menu also includes crafted cocktails, including classics from Nick’s menu and a selection of mezcal cocktails, margaritas, tequila flights, as well as an extensive wine list.
