Fit Athletic Club, the popular San-Diego based luxury fitness gym, has launched their STAY FIT virtual program, accessible through their YouTube channel and IGTV, offering a wide range of classes, tips and stretches led by certified trainers, all at no cost.

Their new virtual fitness program offers full group fitness classes such as butts and guts, TRX at home, full body exercises and yoga such as all levels Vinyasa. Additionally, STAY FIT features Trainer Tip Tuesday with Fit Athletic Club’s Aaron Bazz, offering weekly expert fitness and nutrition tips such as how to maintain muscle, boosting your immune system, leg day warm-up exercises and more.
