Tajima Ramen is Turning 25 and the Whole Month is a Celebration

San Diego’s own Tajima Ramen is marking 25 years with a full month of throwback specials, DJ nights, ramen deals, giveaways, and community events across its six San Diego locations.

Since Sam Morikizono opened the first location in 2001, Tajima has played a defining role in shaping San Diego’s ramen scene – and this June, they’re celebrating that legacy in style.

25 Years of Ramen in San Diego

What started as a single ramen shop has grown into six locations across the city, including the recently launched Noodle Room where guests can watch fresh noodles being made from scratch daily.

Twenty-five years in, Tajima remains one of San Diego’s most recognized and beloved Japanese restaurant concepts – and this month is a proper tribute to that legacy.

See you there!
