Christmas Eve + New Year’s Eve Takeout At Herb & Wood And Herb & Sea

Chef Brian Malarkey’s Herb at Home returns once again to make your holiday dining experience extra-special the year, offering an herbaceous, locally-sourced Christmas Eve family-style feast, and an extravagant New Year’s Eve dinner, both of which will be available for pick-up at Herb & Wood and Herb & Sea.

For Christmas Eve, Chef Malarkey’s menu is indulgent, yet refined, featuring such highlights such as an American Wagyu Wood-Fired Charred Sirloin, featuring a California Merlot Truffle Demi-Glace, an Apple Cider Braised Local Pork Belly & Herb Pesto White Beans, and for dessert, a Cranberry & Apple Crumble with House Whipped Butter Cream.

The New Year Eve spread offers all the extravagance and excitement to send 2020 off with a bang. Standouts include the White Truffle Mashed Potatoes, a Pink Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon, and a Molten Lava Cake with Whipped Crème Fraiche topped with Red Chocolate Shavings. Should you choose to really kick it up a notch and send out the year in style, Caviar Bumps will be available for an additional cost, complete with all the accoutrements.

Guests can preorder their dinner, which will be available in groups of 2, 4, 6, or 8, on OpenTable through  Sunday, December 20 (Christmas Eve), and Sunday December 27 (New Year’s Eve). Pick-up will take place at both restaurants on the afternoon of each holiday.
