America – Humphreys Concerts By the Bay

The first half of the 1970s was the heyday of introspective songwriting and close-harmony singing. The band America lay at the commercial end of this movement, releasing a string of singles that earned radio play for years. The trio’s debut was “A Horse with No Name,” a Neil Young-derived, hallucinatory story-song that hit number one in the U.S. and became a worldwide smash.

Powerhouse trumpeter Byron Stripling brings Harlem’s famed musical hot spots like The Cotton Club and The Savoy to life in this swingin’ night of musical sensations that focuses on Harlem’s heyday! Vocalist Carmen Bradford and tap dancer Leo Manzari join Stripling in bringing “Uptown” to the San Diego waterfront.


Lauren Davidson Live – Moonshine Flats

Yankton has signed an exclusive distribution deal with Red Street Records, is working with producer Jimmy Ritchey and manager Dewayne Brown, and also plays guitar and shares lead vocals in supergroup Generation Radio along with Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts, Jason Scheff of Chicago, Deen Castronovo of Journey, and Steve Ferrone of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers.


Quel Bordel! – The Holding Company

QUEL BORDEL (QB!) was formed in San Diego, CA in 2013 w/ a Ukrainian, two Filipino brothers, a classically trained violinist and a punk rock drummer. After the better part of a decade, they have had multiple releases and kept up a vigorous touring regiment of over 150+ shows a year. The band has toured the US, Canada, and Europe, and they have made a small dent in the folk-punk music scene: coining their own sub-genre “world punk.”


Hullabaloo – San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum
