Tower 180°, a 360,000 square foot Class A+ office tower located in the heart of Downtown San Diego at 1st and Broadway, welcomes Mendocino Farms and Blue Bottle Coffee as its first retail tenants.

Mendocino Farms

Mendocino Farms, scheduled to open in early 2020, is a neighborhood gathering place serving chef-driven sandwiches and salads with white tablecloth hospitality. Mendocino Farms pays tribute to Mendocino County, known for its support of the Slow Food Movement and sustainable farming. The seasonally rotating menu features fine dining quality ingredients sourced from deserving local farms and food artisans.

In addition to normal in-store service, the Tower 180° location will accommodate catering for large orders and online ordering for a quick and easy way to “Eat Happy” anywhere. When Mendocino Farms opens at Tower 180°, there will be three other locations in the San Diego region: La Jolla, Del Mar and Carlsbad.

Blue Bottle Coffee

Blue Bottle Coffee was founded by James Freeman in Oakland, California, in 2002. Seventeen years later, Blue Bottle is now a network of 62 cafes in the U.S. and 13 cafes in Japan. The company also recently opened their first cafe in Korea. The company continues to grow, remaining united by the simple purpose of connecting the world to delicious coffee. Tower 180° will be Blue Bottle’s second cafe in San Diego.

Opening Fall 2019, Blue Bottle Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster with cafes in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Washington, D.C., New York, Japan and South Korea.

About Tower 180°

Tower 180° brings modern architecture, functional workspaces, lavish amenities and beautiful design to the walkable urban location of Downtown San Diego. Some of the amenities include unobstructed views of the San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean, 25-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a creative double height mezzanine, and 10,000 square foot mid-century inspired amenity roof deck.

The upgraded building envelope has been completed on 2nd Ave and the North side of the tower will be fully complete mid-May. The lobby with a new entrance off Broadway will be complete in August, but is available now for construction tours along with several spec suites and shelled spaces. Lease offerings range from 3,000 square feet to 300,000 square feet and tours will be available starting in July. CBRE brokers Matt Carlson, Ryan Grant and Jeff Oesterblad are marketing the iconic tower.
