Trust Restaurant Group To Reopen For Takeout Service

Trust Restaurant Group (TRG) has reopened to the public to offer pickup and delivery service starting on Wednesday, April 22, from their Fort Oak Restaurant location in Mission Hills – and this isn’t your typical takeout fare!

TRG fans will have the opportunity to select from an offering of “fan favorites” from all four restaurants:

Trust
Fort Oak
Rare Society
Cardellino

Menu options will include a variety of share plates, pasta, entrees, desserts signature cocktails and bottles of wine.

Select menu items from each location include:

Trust:

Wood-Grilled Cauliflower with raisins, mint, serrano aioli, black lentils, cilantro and curry vinaigrette; Braised Oxtail Raviolini with pine nuts, carrots, oxtail jus, horseradish and whipped ricotta; and Banana Profiteroles with calvados caramel and graham cracker.

Fort Oak:

Hearth Roasted Carrots with quinoa, Humboldt fog, pickled fennel, smoky yogurt and tarragon; Goat Milk Cavatelli with charred broccoli, fennel sausage, truffle, soft herbs, grana di capra; Duroc Pork Chop with black garlic sauce, coal crusted brussels sprouts and potatoes, ginger, garlic chips, herbs; and Chocolate Mousse Cake with cookies and cream ice cream, rice krispies soil, mint anglaise.

Rare Society:

Parker House Rolls with house cultured truffle butter; Gochujang glazed Bacon and Chive; and Butter Cake.

Cardellino:

Spicy Vodka Fusilli with parmesan, basil and tomato; and Ricotta Cheesecake with cannoli crisp, chocolate and pistachio ice cream.

Select TRG cocktails to go will also be available, including:

Fort Oak’s Fairlane: gin, grapefruit, lemon elderflower and prosecco.

Rare Society’s The Book Keeper: mezcal, cinnamon, grapefruit and lime.

Cardellino’s Deja Entendu: bonded bourbon, bitter aperitif herbal liqueur, sweet vermouth
and banana.

Trust’s Trust #2: jalapeno-infused tequila, grapefruit, agave, lime and spicy bitters.

The TRG Favorites menu will be available Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is available for curbside pickup. Delivery via Uber Eats, Postmates and Grubhub. Diners can view the menu and order online at www.fortoaksd.com.
