Eating locally isn’t just a trend; it’s a lifestyle, one fully encompassed by Southern Californians. The team at 20|Twenty Grill, located in the Westin Carlsbad Resort and Spa, has taken this concept to the next level and introduced a cocktail menu that uses local ingredients.

From the spirits and farms to the conception of the mixers, Beverage Director Stephen George is behind a Locals Only cocktail menu that highlights the best of San Diego in every sip. With an emphasis on shrubs, an ancient colonial concept making a comeback, the menu showcases seasonal citrus and berries, as well as San Diego distilled spirits and local vinegar.
