International Smoke Del Mar Hosts Food & Drink Specials Throughout Thanksgiving Week

The famed wood-fired International Smoke Del Mar restaurant will host food and drink specials throughout Thanksgiving week.

Thanksgiving Eve:

Kick off the holiday with an all-day happy hour at International Smoke’s vibrant bar. Enjoy bottomless rosé, a special fall cocktail and festive appetizers.

Thanksgiving Day:

Dine In (12 p.m. – 7 p.m.):
The expansive ‘Thanksgiving Feast’ buffet will feature Smoked Turkey, a Fish Station, serving Court-Bouillon Poached Shrimp Cocktail and Grilled Verlasso Salmon, a Ribs and Meat-carving Station, serving American Style BBQ Ribs, Brown Sugar and Chili Prime Rib, and a Dessert Station featuring assorted fresh desserts.

The restaurant will also serve up spins on traditional Thanksgiving sides, including Smoked
Sweet Potatoes, Mac & Cheese and Apple Caramelized Fennel Stuffing. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available upon request. Children’s menu will be offered for kids from ages 4 to 10. Price: $70 (adults), $35 (kids age 4-10).

Take Out:
Not looking to dine in? International Smoke has you covered with their Thanksgiving to-go menu. Enjoy turkey and special fixings including Cornbread with Thai Curry Butter, Low and Slow Smoked Turkey with Chef’s Gravy and Chef’s Fall Pie. Orders need to be received 72 hours in advance and will be available for pickup on Thanksgiving Eve or Thanksgiving morning.

Black Friday through Sunday:

Relax after Black Friday shopping with brunch at International Smoke. Enjoy fall flavors, bottomless drinks options and the chef’s version of a leftover turkey sandwich (while supplies last). Diners can also experience International Smoke’s new fall cocktail menu with inventive beverages like the tequila-based Shape Shifter and the bourbon drink Curry Up Now. These specials will continue throughout the weekend.
