A Gastronomic Trek On Adams Avenue
We live in San Diego. That makes us adventurers.
Adventurers of beautiful natural areas like beaches, coves, lagoons and hikes… and adventurers of the more epicurean sorts – as some of the finest food in our country is right at our fingertips.
So the fact that Adams Avenue is inviting us on a gastronomic trek from University Heights through Normal Heights to Kensington is actually no surprise.
The real surprise will be the special kind of delight our bellies feel after taking in over 40 of the most delicious restaurants, coffee houses, pubs, wine bars and other eateries of Adams Ave.
On Sunday, June 25th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the 17th annual Taste of Adams Avenue grants all of us food lovers access to our favorite restaurants by foot, bike, or by complimentary trolley service.
In addition to this adventurous tasting tour, attendees can also experience the neighborhoods many distinctive shops along the Adams Avenue business corridor.
