Spin & Go Combines Bikes And Beer At Second Chance Brewery

The newest way to spin has arrived in the form of “Seize. Spin. Sip.”, a twice-monthly experience that combines San Diego’s love of craft beer, spin and the outdoors.

Launching this month, this pop-up spin class is the result of a partnership between new San Diego fitness startup Spin & Go and Second Chance Beer Company and has been created to offer fun and convenient workouts on the brewery’s patio alongside craft beer tastings.

To participate in “Seize. Spin. Sip.” guests can purchase a $25 ticket to their choice of spin class, including an advanced level workout (launching March 24 and taking place the fourth Saturday of each month) and an introductory spin class (launching April 7 and taking place the second Saturday of each month).

Purchasing a ticket secures its holder a spot in the selected 45-minute Spin & Go class as well as access to an 8-ounce craft beer or two 4-ounce tasters following each workout.

Launched in February 2018, Spin & Go is a local, family owned fitness program that is the first to offer traditional spin classes via pop-up spin-ups in outdoor locations such as Liberty Station and Coronado Island, ultimately combining exercise with immersion in nature. Spin & Go also offers on-demand team-building activities for companies seeking to boost employee satisfaction and recruiting efforts.
