One Paseo Introduces New Wave Of Cool Concepts

One Paseo, the mixed-use development in Del Mar, has unveiled more of the retail portion of its development, officially debuting over half of the mixed-use projects’s retail component, with the addition of The Butchery, BODYROK, Nathan West, and Curbar opening their doors in the past weeks.

The New Gathering Place

The urban village, which features retail, residential, and office elements, is designed to be a true gathering space for Northern San Diego to “live, work, and play” – and it’s already becoming just that.

It’s beautifully designed to be a place to stroll, meet up, and ‘hang out’, which crowds have already discovered. As more of the restaurants open, we expect it will be buzzing with activity day and night throughout the week.

The center is also home to second locations for several businesses new to the area, including cult favorites Salt & Straw and SoulCycle.  Still to come are eateries such as International Smoke, Ways and Means Oyster House, The Butchery, and North Italia, fitness studios Bodyrok and Motion Stretch, and specialty shops including children’s boutique, Nathan West, and swimwear store Blackbook Bikini.
