Thousands Aim To Raise $460,000 For North County’s Biggest Heart & Stroke Walk
Thousands of folks from across the county will be heading to the Carlsbad Flower Fields to participate in the 3rd Annual North County Heart and Stroke Walk to raise funds for lifesaving science that helps everyone live a longer, healthier life and to celebrate survivors of heart attack and stroke.
Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the US and affects those the community relies on most, including firefighters where heart attacks are the leading cause of death for active duty firefighters.
Imagine a San Diego where heart disease and stroke are things of the past. Where healthy choices are equitable and accessible. Where community awareness and education drive healthy behaviors. You can help make this vision a reality. Join the American Heart Association and Tri-City Medical Center at the North County Heart and Stroke Walk.
See you there!
