Embrace Your Creative Side At One Paseo’s Street Art Block Party

One Paseo invites you to embrace your creative side at their Street Art Block Party, featuring local chalk artists working their magic on the street, along with several live mural installations and a roller-skating performance.

Celebrating local artists

The center is closing off their interior street, Caminito Court, for the event, allowing for plenty of space to showcase and celebrate artistic talent in San Diego. Featured local artists include Sean Selfridge, Erik Benson, Alex Hirsch, Kyle Boatwright, Hanna’s Murals, and The Chalk About Town.

To accompany the art, the event will also feature the Flash Point Dance Group, synchronized performance roller-skaters, and DJ Jerry Beck.

Supplementing the live artwork, One Paseo is inviting guests to engage with the center’s permanent art with a self-guided art tour, which highlights the murals and installations throughout the property, maps will be available to help you find your favorite art pieces.

Outdoor bistro

While taking in the art and festivities, pop into one of One Paseo’s eateries to grab a bite or treat to enjoy during the festival. Bistro tables will be set up along the street, allowing you to enjoy your choice of tasty bites from favorites like Salt & Straw, The Butchery, Parakeet Cafe and all One Paseo has to offer while relaxing and enjoying the block party.
