Calling all climbers, yogis, and fitness lovers! Mesa Rim North City is hosting a free Winter Solstice Yoga Event to help you wrap up the year and start the holidays with a healthy mindset.

Celebrate the shortest day of the year with a community-centered on inclusion, movement, self-growth, and innovation. Mesa Rim’s yoga instructors will be hosting an all-levels Yin Yang Yoga class – balancing slow-paced Yin yoga with traditional Yang yoga (Ashtanga and Hatha) – set to the backdrop of chill beats by DJ David J.

Before or after the yoga class, sip on warm cider and hot chocolate while enjoying free burgers, including vegan and veggie options, as you welcome the holidays with a healthy mindset.
