San Diego‘s dessert scene is about to reach new heights as the AAPI Chefs Bake Sale brings together six absolutely amazing pastry chefs for what might just be the most delicious event of the year.
This Friendly Feast extravaganza at Cowboy Star isn’t just another bake sale—it’s a full-on dessert celebration that’s bound to make hearts (and taste buds) dance!
Box of Wonders
Get ready for a treasure chest of treats. Each box is packed with six mind-blowing creations, including an ube coconut crumb doughnut that’s pure magic, a Valrhona chocolate cannelé that’ll transport you straight to pastry heaven, and a “Flandan tart” that’s about to become your new obsession.
The dream team behind these delights? Local superstars Alyssa Alcantara, EJ Kim from The Cakery, Faye Rodriguez of Faye’s Desserts, Jamie Decena from Cowboy Star, Jose Alonzo III from Nine-Ten, and Kris Saradpon from Southwestern College.
