The San Diego Crawfish Boil is back and bigger than ever! Presented by the LSU Alumni of San Diego, this legendary Louisiana-style celebration returns to Waterfront Park, marking 36 years of bold flavors, community spirit, and unmatched vibes.
Boil, Beer, and Brass
Dubbed the largest Crawfish Boil in the world, this annual event isn’t just about the food (though there’s plenty of that). It’s a full-blown Southern-style bash complete with live music all afternoon, headlined by none other than Grammy Award-winning Rebirth Brass Band—bringing New Orleans energy straight to the bay.
Every ticket includes:
- Hot & spicy Louisiana crawfish (that’s 50 lbs per 10-person table!)
- Seasoned corn & potatoes
- Unlimited cold beer, sodas & bottled water
- Live music all day long
- Extra food available for purchase
