Why Wait For Dinner? BBQ For Brunch At Smokey & The Brisket

Roll right out of bed and head to Smokey & the Brisket for a BBQ Brunch!

Located in La Mesa, Smokey & the Brisket brings modern grilling techniques to the old-fashioned way of barbecuing, with a dedication to cooking up brilliantly seasoned slabs of meat right from their kitchen. With an in-house smoker, they’re slow-roasting brisket, pork, chicken, and ribs day and night to serve up the juiciest bites.

Brunch at Smokey & The Brisket and get a taste of all barbecue items

All barbeque items on the menu are made with Smokey & The Brisket’s signature rubs, which are the perfect blend of sweet and smokey with a bit of heat. Order the Morning Burger stacked with applewood bacon, onion rings, blue cheese, mozzarella, and egg.

If you’re aiming to satisfy your sweet tooth for brunch, don’t miss the Bread Pudding topped with caramel sauce and served with vanilla ice cream.

The all new Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich

Smokey & the Brisket’s new Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich features slow roasted chicken tossed in buffalo sauce and comes with sliced crinkle pickles, house-made coleslaw, and secret house sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Their à la carte Smoker Specialties are prepared daily.

Tender fall-apart meats like Prime Brisket, Pulled Pork, Dino Beef Rib, and Pork Spareribs are best paired with Sidecars like Mac ‘n Cheese, Creamy Corn, and Baked Jalapeno Cornbread.

Don’t forget the libations!

What’s brunch without a mimosa, Bellini, sangria, or spicy michelada? At Smokey & the Brisket, these specialty concoctions are available by the glass and pitcher.

BBQ brunch really gets pumped up when you check out the Smokey & the Brisket arcade with pool, pinball, driving games, and other retro games that’ll take you right back to your childhood.
