Cococabana Rooftop Bar Now Open In Oceanside

Cococabana Rooftop Bar, the newest concept from Grind and Prosper Hospitality Group, is now open on the 2,100 square-foot rooftop of the newly reimagined historic building, The Brick Hotel.

Cococabana Rooftop Bar is the quintessential Southern California rooftop experience, complete with a DJ space, offering stunning views of the Pacific and downtown Oceanside.

The Caribbean-style cocktail bar serves an eclectic menu of tropical small bites out of its exhibition kitchen, which is centered around a Josper charcoal oven. Its menu ranges from Coconut Curry Clams and Wagyu Skewers to plant-based bar bites like Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Chargrilled Cauliflower.

Sister concept, Q&A Oyster Bar and Restaurant is set to open later this month on the ground floor adjacent to the hotel lobby. Locals and visitors have a brand-new destination to take in San Diego sunshine, seasonal dining and cocktails, and breathtaking views year-round at Cococabana.

Current Hours: Mon-Tues: Closed | Wed-Thurs: 4PM-11PM | Fri: 4PM-12AM | Sat: 12PM-12AM | Sun: 12PM–10PM | (Kitchen closes daily at 10PM)

Keep up to date with Cococabana Rooftop Bar by visiting their website here and following them on Instagram and Facebook. Reservations are available through OpenTable.

See you there, San Diego!
