Lilian’s to Launch Weekend Brunch at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe

Clear those agendas and make brunch plans for Rancho Santa Fe stat! That’s right—picturesque farm-to-table destination Lilian’s officially extends their artistry into leisurely weekend affairs!

Lilian’s Weekend Brunch

From the creative mind of Chef Moira Hill, highlights of the brunch menu include an indulgent crab benedict with truffle bearnaise, a vibrant melon and burrata salad, the sweet temptations of coconut pancakes, and more, along with mimosas, bloody marys, and specialty cocktails.

With an array of salads, starters, sweets, and sides designed to satisfy every palate, brunch at Lilian’s is set to become San Diego’s new favorite weekend ritual!

After the positive reception following Lilian’s grand opening in the fall, the new brunch menu aims to mirror the restaurant’s focus on quality and creativity.

Chef Moira Hill’s culinary ingenuity, cultivated by years at the city’s best restaurants, including George’s at the Cove, Juniper & Ivy, Trust, Campfire, and Nolita Hall, will be on full display at weekend brunch, setting the stage for celebratory special occasions or casual gatherings just because.

Devotees of Lilian’s at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe will find a few staples on the menu, like the wagyu burger with aged cheddar and balsamic caramelized onions, or the Peking duck tostada with gochujang, pickled house cucumbers, and Tokyo negi.

However, Lilian’s weekend brunch will introduce a host of new dishes to enjoy, from fresh salads like warm crab and avocado with pickled shallots and citrus vinaigrette to sweet indulgences like brioche French toast to a savory French caviar omelet with goat cheese.

The restaurant’s aesthetic, with verdant hues and inviting touches that echo the rolling hills of Rancho Santa Fe, complements the artistry of the dishes created in its kitchen, promising a brunch that delights in every sense.

See you there!

Offering both indoor and outdoor seating, locals and visitors alike are invited to linger a little longer at Lilian’s.

Brunch begins March 2 on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 3 PM.

See you there, San Diego!
