Located within the coveted 200-acre retreat just three miles from Del Mar’s beaches, this newly reimagined property offers exclusive access to private club amenities while showcasing the relaxed luxury that defines North County San Diego.

The renovation, led by renowned San Diego-based firm Hannah Gabriel Wells, creates interiors that reflect the serene beauty of the region through light wood tones, soft neutral palettes, and organic textures.
Bespoke details like woven wall art, modern sconces, and nature-inspired patterns add warmth and character to spacious layouts featuring plush beds, cozy sitting areas, and contemporary furnishings complemented by curated local artwork.

The 18-hole championship golf course is fully operational, with renovations underway on the final nine holes of the 27-hole course, plus a new short game area and expanded driving range expected this fall.
