Grange Garden Launches Its Farm-to-Coast Dinner Series in Solana Beach
There’s something special about a long, farm dinner with soft light and shared conversation. Grange Garden is bringing that spirit to the coast with the launch of its new Farm-to-Coast Dinner Series, a seasonal gathering designed to celebrate local farms without the inland drive.
Hosted inside the historic cottage café on Cedros Avenue, this first installment marks the spring kickoff to what’s planned as an ongoing series throughout the season.
A Farm Dinner, Coastal Style
Many traditional farm dinners take place far from the coast, right at the source. With this series, Grange Garden flips the script by inviting the farm experience to Solana Beach.
The evening centers around a candlelit, multi-course prix-fixe Farm-to-Coast dinner prepared by a private chef, highlighting local ingredients and seasonal flavors. The setting inside the cozy cottage creates an intimate backdrop for slow dining and meaningful conversation.
Seating is intentionally limited to keep the gathering small and thoughtfully curated.

Dinner and a Thoughtful Film
Following dinner, settle in for a communal screening of The Biggest Little Farm, the documentary chosen to launch the series.
The film reflects the heart of the Farm-to-Coast concept – honoring the people who steward the land, the patience required to grow food well, and the connection between farms and the communities they nourish. It’s a natural pairing for an evening rooted in appreciation for where our food comes from.
What’s Included
Each ticket includes a welcome citrus spritz upon arrival, a multi-course Farm-to-Coast prix-fixe dinner, and reserved seating for the film screening inside the indoor cottage café. Optional wine and non-alcoholic pairings are available as add-ons, and a vegetarian option is available with advance notice.
The flow of the evening moves from arrival and welcome drink to dinner and film, closing with dessert in a relaxed, communal setting.
