The evening kicks off with a guided breathwork session right there on the beach, designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through your breath.

As the sun starts to dip, everyone heads into the ocean together for a refreshing sunset plunge, followed by time to connect with the community and check out local San Diego wellness vendors.

Come solo, bring a friend, or turn it into a group night out, either way, this is your invitation to breathe, reset, and connect by the sea.

The Flow of the Evening

Here’s how the night unfolds: check-in and community connection start things off, followed by breathwork, and then the main event, a sunset ocean plunge alongside time with local vendors and the community.

It’s a night built to slow you down instead of speed you up, which is honestly a pretty great way to close out summer. No rushing, no agenda to keep up with, just breath, water, and good company at your own pace.

Pack Light, Plan Ahead

Keep it simple: a swimsuit, a beach towel, a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and sunscreen. That’s really all you need to show up ready for breathwork, a plunge, and a good evening by the water.

As for getting there, street parking and paid parking options are both available nearby, so plan accordingly if you’re driving in. Getting there a little early doesn’t hurt either, especially if you want a good spot on the sand before check-in starts.
