Spend a Sunday at Belmont Park With Yoga, Cold Plunges, and Tchami
Sunday plans usually ask you to pick a lane: beach day, workout, or night out. RENEW stacks all three onto one stretch of Mission Beach sand. Same Same But Different and Almost Nakey are taking over FIT Social at Belmont Park for a day that opens with vinyasa and closes with Tchami.
Nine Ways to Move Before the Music Starts
The daytime lineup runs nine deep and nothing repeats. Reach Yoga opens with Rise & Renew, an uplifting vinyasa flow. SALTVAULT brings Pilates, BODYROK runs its ROK Your Body mat class, and Parallel sets up an Endurance Lab for anyone who wants to work harder than that.
Breathe Degrees handles breathwork, Trilogy Sanctuary takes mindfulness and meditation, and Ashira and Nima teach AcroFlow. Carlito Peralta leads hip hop, and Beach Sauna Express has the cold plunges going all day.
Between sessions there is food, drinks, and a vendor area to wander. The final schedule goes out before the event, so you can build your day once it lands.
Tchami, Nostalgix, and Lyrah Close it Out on the Sand
The afternoon rolls into a sunset concert, then a full night on the dance floor. Tchami headlines, with Nostalgix and Lyrah on the bill.
Come just for the music if that is your speed. Arriving earlier gets you more of the day, and re-entry is allowed either way, so you can take a class, head home to shower, and come back for the set. Keep your wristband on and your QR code ready.
Clear Bags, Your Own Mat, and a Swimsuit
Pack comfortable clothes, beach layers, sunscreen, a towel, and your own yoga mat. Add a swimsuit if you plan to cold plunge.
Bags have to be clear. Metal reusable water bottles stay outside, but empty plastic bottles are fine and the bartenders will refill them with tap water at no charge. Paid bag, mat, and coat check is on site, with Belmont Park lockers as backup.
