Al Dente Italian Restaurant Launches Date Night Specialty Menu

University Height’s newest Italian restaurant, Al Dente, launched a Tuesday and Wednesday Date Night specialty menu!

Your Go-To Date Night Specialty Menu

Start off with your choice of shared appetizer, with options that include Caesar salad, Dueling Jars, Involtini di Melanzane stuffed eggplant with breadcrumbs, cheese, fresh herbs and marinara sauce, or Traditional Bruschetta.

For the next course, each person can select an entrée to enjoy. Pollo ai Funghi, homemade Truffle Gnocchi filled with ricotta cheese in creamy parmigiano, Cavatelli Cinghiale – wild board sausage, garlic, shiitake mushroom, cherry tomatoes, and white wine sauce, and Fettuccine Pistacchio e Burrata, with creamy pistachio basil sauce, can all be found on the menu.

And don’t forget to save room for dessert! Choose between sharing Cannolo or Tiramisu, you truly can’t go wrong with either.

Date Night specialty menu is priced at $49 per couple, and includes the shared app, two entrees, and shared dessert.
