Bivouac Ciderworks Adventure Lodge & General Store Now Serving Weekend Brunch

Bivouac Ciderworks’ new Adventure Lodge & General Store has expanded its food offerings, launching weekend brunch and a snack menu. This rounds out its Café menu and the General Store’s grab and stay local chef-prepared foods, build-your-own charcuterie, and zero-waste snack bar.

Weekend Brunch at Biv

Bivouac owner Lara Worm’s vision for the Adventure Lodge is as a relaxed ‘third place’ where members of the community can expect to see a familiar face and linger a while.

The multifaceted community space now offers a rotating brunch menu to fuel the day’s adventure, including egg bites and tortilla Española (also known as a Spanish omelet).

Plus, there are two shareable “towers”—the Mezze Tower with two types of hummus, whipped feta, pita bread, fresh veggies, pickles, and falafel and the Miss Bagel Tower with all the sweet and savory fixings: three types of cream cheese, capers, fresh veggies, and apple compote.

New snacks at the Adventure Lodge include some Biv taproom favorites (the cidery’s flagship taproom and restaurant is located next door): GF chicken nuggets served with spicy ketchup, soft pretzels served with cider pub cheese, and fan-fave polenta tots served with spicy ranch.

Cocktails and DJs to Complete Your Brunch

The brunch offerings are complemented by Cider Mimosas with fresh-squeezed juice and espresso-based drinks from the Lodge’s Café, featuring an exclusive blend roasted by neighboring Caffe Calabria and sourced from 100% women-owned coffee farms in Chiapas, Mexico.

On Sundays, Bivouac Ciderworks’s weekend brunch coincides with weekly Slow Jamz Sunday starting at 9 AM with a rotating line-up of DJs.
