Black Radish’s All-New Prix Fixe Seasonal Menu Unveiled

North Park’s Black Radish has unveiled a new menu showcasing the restaurant’s dedication to local ingredients that are freshest and most in-season. The menu is best enjoyed through the restaurant’s four-course prix fixe option, featuring a variety of genuinely unique dishes.

Delight in standout menu items, including:

  • Bolzano Tomato Bisque, with sweet onion, turmeric, parmigiano reggiano, and crispy sunchoke
  • Duck a L’orange, accompanied by carrot puree, pickled caracara orange, and khorasan berry
  • Holishkes, made with savoy cabbage, buckwheat, spring vegetables, and fresh herbs

The only dish kept on the menu from last season is the wildly popular Pork Belly with gooseberry pork jus, pickled radish, and fermented fresno chili.

Hand-picked wine pairing

Alongside a stunning array of masterpiece dishes is a Michelin-level wine pairing. Each dish can be served alongside hand-picked bottles to bring out flavor notes and ensure a truly phenomenal dining experience!

Co-owners Chef Itze Behar and her husband, John Walsh, are dedicated to the craft, working with a team of highly dedicated staff to answer any questions throughout your meal.

You’ll also be served fresh sourdough bread, baked in-house daily by John.

See you there!

Black Radish’s dinner service operates Wednesday through Saturday from 5 PM to 10 PM.

The prix fixe menu is $89 per person, and the wine-pairing is an additional $49 per person.

Black Radish is located at 2591 University Ave, San Diego. For more info and to view the full menu, click here. For updates, follow them on Instagram.
