A Menue Straight from Paris

Bleu Bohème will offer cassoulet d’escargot and a glass of Chronic Cellars Sofa King Bueno Rhone Style red wine for $30. The cassoulet d’escargot features sautéed snails with linguica, cannellini beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and fennel topped with garlic herbed bread crumbs.

In addition to the exclusive pairing, Bleu Bohème offers its traditional escargots de la vielle ėcole “Old School,” snails with garlic, shallots, parsley, thyme and Pernod served with a petite baguette and butter.

This may be accompanied with a glass of wine from the restaurant’s extensive wine list of more than 80 selections. Wines are available by the bottle, and quarter and half-liter pichets.
