Think Pink At La Valencia In Support Of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October marks National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and La Valencia Hotel, affectionately known as “The Pink Lady,” is inviting guests to join in the fight for a cure through a series of vibrant “pink programming” that will contribute to raising awareness and funds for critical breast cancer research in partnership with the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Pink Tea at La Valencia

Throughout the month of October, La Valencia Hotel invites guests to come dressed pretty in pink to partake in their 3rd annual “Pink Tea” series, available on October 6, 13, 20, and 27, with seatings between 11AM and 11:30AM.

Priced at $85 per person, guests will enjoy DAMMANN Frères tea, festive sandwiches, pink homemade sweets and scones and a glass of bubbly for guests 21+. La Valencia Hotel will donate 10% of all Pink Tea sales to Susan G. Komen San Diego. Reservations can be made here.

For those seeking a luxurious getaway, La Valencia Hotel offers the “Think Pink” room package, available October 1st  into mid-November. Guests who book this special package will receive a complimentary bottle of rosé along with a pair of cozy slippers.

La Valencia Hotel will donate the $39 resort fee to Susan G. Komen San Diego in the guest’s honor. Please note that this package is available for one-night stays only and is subject to availability and blackout dates. Reservations can be made here.

Movie Night for a Cause

On October 12th at 6:30PM, guests can gather poolside for a magical screening of the classic film, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” This enchanting evening under the stars is not only an opportunity to relish in cinematic charm but also to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.

Guests can enjoy The Pink Lady at any location within the hotel, making it easy to support the cause with every sip. La Valencia Hotel is honored to stand alongside the Susan G. Komen Foundation during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and invites both guests and the community to join in making strides toward finding a cure.
