As San Diego grapples with the latest health and safety order prohibiting many indoor activities, iconic local restaurateur, Diane Powers, is pushing ahead with expanded outdoor dining into the parking lots of two of her popular Mexican restaurants: Casa Guadalajara in Old Town and Casa de Bandini in Carlsbad.

Both restaurants already boasted two of the most beautiful and festive outdoor patios in the county. It is safe to say they now also have the most colorful and fiesta-worthy “parking lot dining” in the region.
