Cerveza Jack’s Debuts New Southern Charm Brunch And Dinner Menu

Good Time Design’s Cerveza Jack’s, located in Gaslamp, is excited to debut its new brunch and dinner menu featuring southern comfort food with a Southern California attitude. Cerveza Jack’s maintains the California coast’s effortless cool while drawing southern charm from its sister location in “Music City” Nashville.

Classic southern appetizer, Corn & Jalapeno Hush Puppies served with chevre and remoulade

Mini Buttermilk Pancakes with fresh strawberries and Vermont maple syrup

Fried Chicken & Waffles with buttermilk brined and fried chicken thigh, Nashville spice, candied walnuts, powdered sugar, Vermont maple syrup and Louisiana hot sauce

Steak & Eggs with prime flat iron steak, two sunny side up eggs, crispy yukon gold potatoes, roasted garlic, grilled scallions and peppercorn jus

Starters such as Fried Green Tomatoes, panko-crusted and flash-fried heirloom cherry tomato and basil salad and vadouvan aioli

A twist on the classic B.L.T, the Fried Green Tomato B.L.A.T with fried onions, crunchy carolina slaw, bbq aioli on a toasted ciabatta bun

Butterleaf Salad with candied walnuts, point reyes bleu cheese, red onion and basil buttermilk dress

Shrimp Po’Boy with fried cajun shrimp, shredded romaine, tomatoes, remoulade on a french roll

Fried Chicken Sandwich with buttermilk brined and breaded chicken thigh, nashville spice, pimiento cheese, bread and butter pickles, buttermilk ranch and a gourmet bun

Cocktail list newbies

To round out the menus, Cerveza Jack’s has added several additions to the cocktail list including Down South Rickey with gin, lime, simple syrup, muddled cucumber, mint, jalapeno and sparkling water; and Aloha Jack with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, Captain Morgan Coconut Rum, lemon juice, cinnamon, simple syrup and pineapple juice.
